This website does not establish a therapeutic relationship
Visiting this website, submitting a contact form, or exchanging emails does not create a therapist-client relationship. A therapeutic relationship begins only after both parties have signed an informed consent agreement and services have formally commenced.
Information you submit through this site
When you submit a contact form, your name, email address, phone number, and message are sent directly to Evan Miller at Miller Clinical Consulting LLC. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry. It is not sold, shared with third parties, or used for marketing purposes.
Email communication
Standard email is not a fully secure method of communication. If you have concerns about privacy, you are welcome to call directly or use the secure client portal through SimplePractice once a therapeutic relationship has been established.
Telehealth and HIPAA
All telehealth sessions are conducted through SimplePractice, a HIPAA-compliant platform. Protected health information is handled in accordance with applicable federal and state law, including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). For questions about your rights as a client, refer to the Notice of Privacy Practices provided during intake.
Website analytics
This website may use basic analytics tools to understand how visitors interact with the site — including pages visited and general traffic patterns. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics. No advertising tracking or third-party behavioral profiling is used.
